Colleges will be required to give students access to a Net Price Calculator to estimate the price of school for each particular student (given family income, financial aid, etc). This should make it easier for students and parents to understand the costs and plan accordingly. Read more
bake-break asked: Actually, if marijuana was legal, people wouldn't have grow it inside. One acre of hemp will produce as much paper as four acres of trees. So if you don't think that marijuana isn't "green" then you are crazy.
SN: I agree that if it were legal it would be grown outside and could be used for paper, biofuel, etc. The linked-article points out that the big source of carbon is electricity used because it is grown indoors to evade law enforcement issues.

(Update) In response to bake-break, I want to point-out that much of what makes weed growing bad for the environment is directly in response to it being illegal. It would likely be far greener if legal and and grown on small farms (rather than big tobacco companies who would be sure to mess it up).

Are your digs this nice?
Not all college students are living in overcrowded dorms with bleak amenities. Some are living in luxury suites with up-scale amenities. How about hot-tubs, big-screen HD TVs, a well equipped gym, a tanning booth? Or how about killer burgers downstairs? Pools with cabanas? WiFi, Sat TV, pool table?

These digs don’t come cheap, but if your parents are willing to pay, you could live the high life while (pretending) you’re getting educated!
